BIOLUXPRO (the “Company”), with headquarters atAv Jesus del Monte # 39 Piso 2 , Col Jesus del Monte C.P 52763, Estado de Mexicois responsible for the processing of personal data collected from its customers, prospects, and other individuals interested in receiving information about its services, in accordance with the provisions of articles 3, section XIV, and 37, section III of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and 70 of the Regulations of the aforementioned Law (RLFPDPPP) according to Mexican Law.
II. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING.
The Company may collect from its customers, prospects, and individuals interested in quotes or information about its services: general personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, address, RFC (tax identification number), which we inform you, in accordance with the provisions of articles 16 and 17 of the LFPDPPP, that your personal data will be used for the following essential purposes:
To provide our customers with professional services, carry out the necessary procedures for representation services, and inform about the situation and status of matters or services contracted on their behalf. To provide our customers with information about the professional services offered by the Company in Mexico, for billing services requested by our customers. To provide information required about the characteristics of the various services offered by the Company, to send quotes to those interested in our services, and to follow up with our prospects. To share information about our services and events through our website and social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.); to conduct market research and evaluation of the quality of our services. To provide customer service, clarification of doubts, or handling complaints about our services, and to contact our customers, if requested, through contact messages sent through our website or through social media. To confirm or correct the information we have, to ensure the best personalized attention to our customers, and to notify, if applicable, changes to this privacy notice. The Company will treat the personal data provided by its customers with complete confidentiality. All our associates are trained and committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the LFPDPPP. The Company will take all necessary measures to keep its customers’ personal information secure.
III. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.
The Company may use the data obtained from its customers to provide better service.
This is for all purposes allowed by the LFPDPPP, as indicated in article 37, section III of the LFPDPPP. For example, your information may be used for: i) Offer details, features, and technical specifications of services offered; ii) to provide details, features, and technical specifications of the products; iii) confirm and correct the information we have from our customers in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP; iv) to complement the services that have been contracted and contact individuals related to the matters; v) for better information management and communication with customers.
All our processes are constantly monitored to provide proper care and protection for your information. By rule, the Company will only disclose personal data in accordance with the laws governing its activities, in accordance with the applicable legal mandate and to the extent that different authorities consider it reasonably necessary. Except in these instances, the Company will not disclose any personal information to other companies that intend to sell products or services to its customers. For example, it will not sell your name or email address to catalog companies, commercial enterprises, or companies whose services are not related to or compatible with the services of the Company.
IV. REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OBJECTION.
In accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, you may request access, rectification, cancellation (if legally appropriate), or oppose the use of personal data provided to the controller, or revoke the consent you have given. Your request will be addressed by our Privacy Officer, Mr. Efren Perez Madera, via the email address contacto@bioluxpro.com, To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, as well as to revoke your consent, you must follow the following procedure: Send an email to the address contacto@bioluxpro.com, indicating your full name, the legal or commercial relationship you have with the Company (if you are a customer, a website user, social media user, etc.), and the type of right you wish to exercise. In case your request has been sent on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a non-working day, it will be received starting from the next working day after it has been sent. Your request will be answered via email within a period of ten business days from the date of acknowledgment of receipt. This period may be extended by an additional ten days when there are justified reasons for doing so, and this situation will be notified to the data subject in accordance with the provisions of article 97 of the Regulations of the LFPDPPP. If your request is granted in accordance with the LFPDPPP and other current regulations, access will be granted, your data will be rectified or canceled, your right to object will be exercised, or your consent will be deemed revoked within ten days following the date of response to your request. This period may be extended by an additional five days when justified causes exist. This situation will be notified to the data subject in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the Regulations of the LFPDPPP. In all cases where your request is granted, in terms of the provisions of articles 32, 33, 34, and 35 of the LFPDPPP, the delivery of personal data will be free of charge via the email address provided by the data subject for such purposes. In case you require the information to be delivered in a different manner, you will only need to cover the justified shipping expenses and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that may arise.
